Four years in jail for a chinese who disseminated a fake earthquake

Chen Zifeng decided to hack a website of the seismological service over the Internet and spread a false earthquake of great magnitude, shortly after an earthquake devastated the area of Sichuan, causing 84,000 deaths.

Zifeng, working for a Chinese technology company and shortly after the earthquake in Sichuan, changed the website of the seismological service in the region of Guangxi, announcing “a strong earthquake of magnitude 9″.
