The PS3 is not making its full potential

A developer of video game company Naughty Dog says that programmers who design games for this console only profit from 30 % to 40 % of their chances.

Progress Cell processor and design of the PS3 are significant, and many expected better performance of this console. But in reality we only envisions a small advance its capabilities.
